have MOT tomorrow, and both these lights are flashing up, im fairly sure that the engine management light is NOT an MOT failure, but what about the immobilizer light?

not an mot faliure.. its just the transponder.. as in keys making a bad connection with the barrel, so signal doesnt get set to let the car start

give your key a wiggle in the ignition then try again

nah shouldnt effect mot mate.

if the emissions is bad it might be a lambda sensor gone which is why the ecu is flashing.

have you disconnected the battery trick yet?if not ry it.

are they twin lambda?

stick the cat on for mot and go with it,should be ok bud.

get that cat nice and hot though before you go,cats work more effecient when hot.
