Yes it is slow... not sure of the costs too.. think it's 10p per minute.



I can activate the GPRS modem in my phone, but that costs £7.50 per Mb.. <img src= "smileys/smiley3.gif">



Atleast I can check my mails and stuff... just checking out msn too. <img src= "smileys/happy.gif">

I had the broadband cable plugged into the laptop at the same time as dialling up with my mobile phone... this is getting well confusing. lol.

dead easy to connect your phone if you have ir on phone and laptop connect then find modem it will find a 9k modem use that

have you got gprs setup on your phone ..... norm you can get more speed out of them and it dont cost you as much because it only bills u when data is tranfered

Yeah, you can get upto 128kb/s on GPRS.... but I've not activated mine, as it costs £7.50 per megabyte transferred.... which is pretty wank when you consider how quickly you could tear through that.... just browsing a couple of sites.
