where is the fuse?

As i said before some wires behind my hu touched and nerly started a fire due to melting.

Since my stereo ( no longer have one) and my digital clock wont work so im guessing its due to a blown fuse. where will this fuse be located?

The fuse for the stereo, alarm, rcl and the clock is number 8 under the dash.
