Never use Moss Bros for suit hire

ordered all my wedding suits a year ago from them went in 6 weeks ago to get measured 3 were to be picked up from York and 3 from Newcastle. Newcastle store never knew a thing about it. Then week before wedding they say they cant get a suit to fit my old man had to get him one from greenwoods. Then rang to check if suits are in Newcastle store they weren't getting them in till day everyone leaves to come down here no time to check them (mine was wrong). Newcastle got suits in early for us then have charged everyone for them even though we've paid for them down here and it was written on their order forms up there stress we dont need already got enough with getting last few things for wedding sorted. I can't wait to her other half kick off on phone tomorrow spoke to old manager off moss store he said to go for some compensation :wall::angry:

"Slaters" ftw! i went in on saturday.... needed a suit for thursday for the gf's prom! they sorted everything out for me from head to toe within the space of 5 mins!! suited, shirted and tie for £100, crackin suit, adjusted to fit for free also :)... picking it up tomorrow! sorted !

cant say ive had a problem with them in all the times ive ordered tux's from them.

Could have just been you had an uber retarded member of staff on this occasion.
