how many amps does a stock alt produce?

It depends on which alternator you have. They made about 10 different ones, but they are all between 60 and 70 amps.

top i got a 100amp alt for free so il be bashing that on with a deepcycle and s/c relay

as for an amp i will be pushing them with 1kw min from whatever amp i get i just dont know yet. ive got a mate who is selling a ground zero nuclear thats 2kwrms. i shall see whats availble when i get some more funds. but be assured it should thump.

there only rated at 350 rms each but i slapped 500 through my first 1 all day and it didnt get smelly. so 1kw should be ok 2k will most probs fry th vc's. im already planning my next system now ha. im looking to wall the sax put 2 re sx 18's in there. and power them with a big us amp. but its all funds at the end of the day so il make do with this atm.

Ahh, right! 500rms will be about right for them then, but ive heard they are pretty effiicent, so they should move well!

You sure your gonna hav the room for 2 18's in a saxo? Surely you will be needing like 12cuft, if not more...

Id go for 2 15's at a push maybe, but 2 18's! Fuck me! lol

they would fit side by side just. lol the re's need 8cuft each. so maybe 20cuft before sub and port volume removed. im sure it would be a good challenge non the less.
