If you've got 25mm spacers that would be fine, longer wheel nuts won't really help as the problem is gonna be more with the wheel sitting flush on the hub!

spent a good 2 hours cleaning the back of the wheels
can anyone tell me if i was right in thinking they would be a straight fit

What exactly do they mean when they say they are not sitting on the hubs correctly?? Sounds a bit fishy to me.

205 wheels are a straight fit for vt models other saxo models with drum brakes will need a 3mm spacer at the back.
balancing is done off the car aswell i thought, tracking is done on the car
