the cooling fans are always on 90% of the time when in traffic and moving slow.

engine always seems to be running quite hot?

any ideas?

mine is doing the same just now mate... i am taking it to the garage tomorrow!!... apparently it may be a blocked thermostat... ???

ive got the same problem had it for a while now, when ive got the chance im changing the thermostat, ive been told this is the most likely cause, thermostats are only about £20 and there easy to fit id try that before you take it to a garage an get skanked!!

make sure that when you top the coolant up you use a header tank too or you'll cause an airlock.

where is the needle at on the temp gauge when the fan kicks in and goes off??

Fans come on when the dial goes above that little dash on the dial. they turn off when it gets back to that dash but the temperture soon rises very quickly to having the fans back on again.
