thoughts on the new porsche

it should be a bit shorter, front end should be more beasty, looks to thin as said above, and 2 door, no rear doors, and have the front foldable seats, like the saxo, and have some nice roomy rear seats

Never been a porche fan, and this does not sway me at all!!

I think they might have copied off Ferrari wit the shape, kinda of like err is it the 599.. cant remeber exactly but same kind of body shape/size, atleast ferrari could pull it off!!!

Looks good imo, depending on price it could be Porche's answer to the m5 and rs4/6. Alot of the owners of Porche's are older people with children. 2 doors aren't very practical.

hate it, and if porsche keep on bringing out different vesions of cars for each occasion like they have done with the cayenne etc, they will no longer be seen as a competitor against ferarri and lambo and more in line with audi and bmw IMHO. stick with making supercars and not trying to cater for families, its gives me the feeling that there going down market and trying to make quick cash.

True, hate the look of it tbh, but its trying to appeal to the sport saloon/business market i reckon. Like when they released the Cayenne, its a means to an end, they need to dosh to spend on 911's so bring out a vehic to appeal to big markets. Wouldnt have one myself :n:

nah i think it isnt the prettiest thing.. but u get performance with 4 doors.. my ex boss always said if they did a 4 door porsche he would get one.. but he has just got a a4 cab apparently.. so he missed out haha !!

Maybe if they had changed the shape and made it look good as a 4door then yes it would be a good competitor but i think just sticking 2more doors on the 911 has well made it look pretty ugly tbh!
