Hey guys....i know what you lads and lasses are gonna say about my choice of amp and speakers, they're not upto much but i only wanted to replace my original speakers as none of them could handle any bass.

Ok, so yesterday i went to the dreaded Halfords and bought a speaker and amp package for £150. It's the Fusion Encounter set.

I'm just wondering where you guys would place the tweeters i got with the package.

Cheers

jesus.. £150 for fusion!? :n:

could have got a much much better set for that price..

most people put the tweeters high up on the door cards, inline with the woofer, or another common place is the wingmirror cover (inside car obv lol)

I was thinking about the putting them in the wingmirror cover too.

omg.....i only bought them to replace my normal speakers as they don't actually work......

I'm not looking for an outstanding sound system....i'm more into Horse power than speaker power :P

Just something that works hehehe

id get those components, and this amp

providing amp is set up correctly (as it is 15 watts more powerful than the comps) it will be fine :y:

idea, presuming you havn't fittied the kit yet, take it back and say that it was a present that you bought and someone else bought it as well so you would like to return it for a refund.

Then go to the interweb and get yourself a better deal for much less :y:
