Didn't manage to get my hands on a camera until today so I have no pictures of the car how I got it..... but it hasn't really changed a great deal yet anyhow.

The car wasn't running right so I took the engine out and stripped it.... now I have bits of engine everywhere :panic:

As you can see one of the pistons is not looking too healthy hence the running problems.

More pictures next week, hopefully with the engine rebuilt and the turbo strapped back on depending on how much time I get to work on it during the week/if I can get the parts.

nice car tht looks like the 1.6 interior just wothout the red carpet? and is tht the 1.4 xs? if so do you have an inlet manifold and carb you would like to sell? and do you think the engine will last with a turbo? will be quik though :) lol

I'm not a big fan of the interior really, not sure what to have instead yet though.

Yes it is the XS, unfortunatly I don't have any engine parts for sale.

Hopefully the engine will last with a turbo, as you can see in the above pictures one of the pistons broke last time it ran :S

As I have been skint for ages this is still the same as it was when I took the pics..... except the brakes have gone brown :panic:.....

Anyway I though that pulling my finger out and getting this thing rolling was long overdue so after a few beers I ended up on ebay and now I have a vts engine in the boot of my saxo waiting to go into the 205 at the weekend...... ooops!
