Ie, footwell lights

The ones i've seen come with a cig lighter socket, but want to wire them up to the back of the radio

How is this resolved?

You could actually wire them into the back of the cigar lighter & put a switch in.Or do you want the lights coming on/off with the radio ignition feed?

There is a switch built into the the cig lighter bit.. so could use that if it will extend maybe and put it to the blank buttons above the radio

Don't think it will reach though
