Any suggestions for this?
As usual its taking a week to get to the doctors, leaving me with dizzy spells and headaches and whatnot..
Are there any solutions to low blood pressure? - I've had a test and its definately too low!
Any suggestions?
Cheers

there is pretty much nothing you can do for a low blood pressure, just recheck it and it its constantly low over an extended period of time it should be investigated further.
Keep active, eat properly.
Did you GP not tell you all of this?

regular but not too strenuous exercise is the key. Swimming is good as the pressure difference can help to increase your blood pressure over time.
Eat fairly healthily and you should be fine.
also have a go at your GP for failing to give you vital info.

Thats different again, thats called postural hypotension. Not really much you can do about it.
Keep you fluid intake high and slow down on standing up, dont just leap out the seat, this will immediately put a stop to the dizzy spells, same applies to getting out of bed.

doctors again ftw, but there are foods you can eat to help lower blood pressure, cant remember what they are but its in supermarkets.

I used to have low blood pressure... Mine was due to not doing alot... And not eating.
GP said exercise was good for it... Keeps you active, fit... And eating regurlary.. I tend not to get many dizzy spells now, i do now and again, but hardly ever.

exercising actually lowers your blood pressure.. The more fitter you are the less your heart has to work, mines really low like 90/50 before doesn't affect me atall though..

Surely being active and healthy puts the pressure up to where it should be?
Low blood pressure is a sign of something not being right with the blood pumping, almost like in the car and a blockage in the fuel lines or something..
Thinking about buying a bike or something and just going out on that every now and then, might help me a bit..
We'll soon see!
