Hey, could someone tell me what details you give for a bank transfer please. Am I right in thinking it's

Name
Bank

I think you have it all in one mate
usually need proof of id to if your doing it from yours to another
its not safe to give out your actual long number only to companies

Yup, name, sometimes a decscription of what its for, sort code and account number.

yeah you need to say the bank if your doing something like an international one, but only the 3 parts i listed if its say you walking into a bank and sending money to a friend.

oh well when you pay for car insurance asi just done, i had to give the long number out, the same as when i paid for a gearbox from a firm. Thats the only time...... right??

Yeah well thats like big, and if the guy has a confirmed address, phone number, knows me on here, all my email address etc.

Pretty much I wouldn't bother for the fact i'd be living in a hole forever.. and its wrong too obviously haha.
