Exhaust Help

I have a 2001 vtr. It has a after market exhaust on it. Under the car it only has the back box, which goes straight to the down pipe. as it been de cated? Also the manfold from the engine has a big box with a sensor in it what is this?

Yeah it sounds like to has from what you are saying!! the sensor is a oxygen sensor for mixture!

Your cat will be in the manifold mate. The 'big box' is the cat, which is what the sensor goes into at the top. Then has another sensor in the downpipe after the cat.

Standard has one box in i believe.

Best bet is probs scrapyard, ebay or if you wanna get ripped of citroen lol

lamba sensor is before cat and will have a green plug on it

the oxygen sensor is usually after the cat and has a blue plug on it
