hi guys....

had my vts about 2 years nearly n i cant get rid of this poor idle and hesitation problem? what is it ive changed the map sensor and idle control valve and changed the ecu n had no luck? wot else cud it be???

help wud be appreciated.....

Coolant temp sensor, does it smell rich as well? Really lumpy idle?

yes it does smell rich when idling .... really poor idle if it idles for over a few minutes it cuts out.....

coolant temp sensor u reckon? how much r these matey? this is my last option or am going to sell it......

Cant recall how much, it was done under used car warranty but try a scrappies and if it fixes it risk a new buy maybe? Def fixed exactly the same prob on my daughters 1.4 Furio tho.

could also be the lamba sensor......mine was a realy shit idle and was really lumpy when driving. your best getin a dignosis tect done tho

and a coolent temp sensor cost me 13quid from citroen and its piss easy to fit
