k was asked this question earlier and found it tricky
i came up with only 2 answers

ok, you gotta think of a football team, where the managers first name is the same as one of his players surname
for example
Manager = John Smith
Player = Barry John

doesnt have to be from the present, the 2 i got were from a few years ago

i couldnt get any more then that but i've been assured theres more
my football knowledge isnt great, couldnt name most of the premiership managers but i managed to get those 2 :D
