I ordered SNEWHAM's centre section off him back in march... He eccepted the payment...and i didnt hear anything from him since!! i Payed £45.... so its not asif its a couple of quid... I cant get hold of him..He wont respond to the paypal dispute either... Really don't know what to do any more....

I would think there is a valid reason as snewham is a good forum user and has been on here for quite a while so dont slate him to all the people that know no different and dont know him

if he doesn't respond to your paypal dispute then it's unlikely he's making a priority of giving you your money/exhaust. As said, your only chance is if someone on here is willing to give you his contact details. There is absolutely nothing moderators or admin can do about it i'm afraid.

Scott seems ok on here and used to be very regular on here im sure theres a reason behind what has happend mate.

He is not the type of bloke to mess someone about and if there has been a delay then i think he would have a pretty good reason for it

rob i've escalated a claim not to long ago, was won in my favour as the buyer and money was to be returned. however i never got any money as the funds were not in the sellers account apparantly. To date i've never seen a penny of the £150 that i paid :mad

Thats strange, as paypal suspend the funds from being withdrawn while in a dispute or claim, i supose it all depends on how long ago it was made and if he still had the funds when the dispute was filled,

well if not, then the next time money goes it it should be returned, his account will be in a minus at the mo then lol

I have to agree. Doesn't matter how busy he is or how nice a guy he is, a member is claiming he took his money and never sent the item. It's really not on to be honest.

its not hard to send something via post tbh i managed to send item during uni exams
took me 15 mins from wrapping item to walking back out of post office!!!!

& tbh i dont blaime AdamWhy, id be the same if not worse if i didnt recieve an item 2weeks in let alone how long hes been waiting. Id be off on one especially if i had no contact from the seller as to why, at the end of the day it would feel like being robbed.

He would not scam anyone out of money, he is a genuine person.
