a second interview? always a good thing mate. means they really considering you but have probably shortlisted so many people so just gonna get everyone of those shortlisted back to make final decision. or maybe have already chosen you and just want to get you back to describe in more detail. good luck

i once got a call from a job that i had sent my cv to, they called and asked me a few questions over the phone, i thought it was just to see if they were gona decide if they wanted to interview me but at the end of the phone call they offered me the £26k a year job lol so i didnt realy have a interview, started 1 week after the phone call

A second interview usually means your probably going to be offerd the job. You go for extra details to sort out pay, times, and other little bits to make sure your confident and actually want the job. Your within touching distance, so all the best :D

Ive just finished doing AAT Mr X, starting ACCA in September, wasnt sure whether or not to do ACA or ACCA but decided to go for ACCA!!

Graham, this first three years ive just done has just been pretty much the same thing over and over again, most of the stuff i learnt i do at work anyway so it was easy to pick up at college. Not sure what the uni course would be like though!! The ACCA which im doing next though is a bit harder apparently, it goes into everything in lots more detail so im going to have to get my head down a lot more!! Itd not dull if you like doing it, but then i guess thats the same with every job!!

ACCA is really good as its international, so its easier to get a job abroad. You must get exemptions, as you have completed AAT? ACCA and ACA are definitely a lot harder, but its more interesting etc. Its really worth it, plus the money is great.

Good luck with it.
