Hmm my insurance is due beginning of august and 18 with 1NCB and 0points i can get insured on a VTR for 1k, or a VTS for 2k, which drops to 1k the year after. I definately want an S but i dont know whether its worth getting one now and not swapping car again at 19, or buy an R then get an S in a years time, opinions?

It depends if you can afford to run a vts?
Its not worth buying and running a car but then have no more money to do other stuff with.

its not just insurance you should be looking at. Tax (if older than 01 plate) and petrol will also be different

but if ya can afford it, VTS FTW!

If you can afford to insure it get a VTS also petrol is more and tax etc.
You could get a VTR for another year then get a VTS have cheaper insurance and modify it nicely with whats left over :)
