fantastic service

i ordered one alloy from them... they sent me out the same alloy but in a different colour and a cheap version... which was a mistake by one of their staff

this pissed me right off so i sent it back demanding a refund or the same alloy as i specified

they refunded me but their email and my email were confused and mixed up and i didnt reply for 5 days as i assumed they refunded me, they did not refund me

sent them another email when i realised i had not been refunded with a rant

they refunded asap and apologised and sent me a few cleaning products autoglym polishes and washing mitt and cleaning and air-freshers with a sincere letter...

what a nice company, that was a pleasant turn out... recommend them, theyre not out to con and make a fool of people, i was wrong to assume this

just thought it was a nice turn out and that i would share this with you all

You think thats good.

A company we use here at work are sending me a Brand New INFOCUS DLP IN-1 Projector for my house as a leaving present, i handed in my notice last week so i can crack on with DJing and Producing full time, apparently i've been a great customer and a pleasure to work with during my time here, £150 worth of kit that....

Spot on i thought.

So who's coming round mine for a few beers and session on the PS3 when it arrives??? lol

The company is run by pretty much 1 bloke on his own, well, the department he's in anyway, so im happy with just the projector for now. I guarentee my actual employer wont match that when i leave.
