Petrol Light

Hi, couple questions about my petrol light in a 1.1i 1999 stateside.
1) It doesnt light up, is it run by a fuse or could the light have blown ?
2) When it is working and comes on, roughly how many miles do i have left in there before it completly runs out.

for number 2 check the user manual ;)

could just be the bulb or the sensor/float in the petrol tank, try the bulb first though

its either 4 or 8 litres bud think it 4

Is it hard to replace the light ? Does the steering wheel have to be removed etc to get all the dials off etc ? And would i have to remove steering wheel etc aswell if i wanted to fit white dials ?
