Rattling noise x2

Did look at the other thread but no answers yet, i also have a rattling noise that has developed all of a sudden, seems to be most noticeable when im in first and second gear.. doesnt rattle if im at a standstill or if i rev my engine at same still. any ideas what it could be?

just to add i have the supersprint race exhaust

have just checked again and the car makes the noise when its not moving and i push my foot on the accelerator.

Surely this means its something to do with the exhaust? any comments / help would be great

sounds like it m8 as theres not much else moves when you stood still lol:wacko: do you know where abouts it coming from roughly front or back?

Middle lol. spoken to kam and they seem to think it could be one of the bolts for the lamda sensors, will be checking this out later

i gt the same problem i only get it wen i change gear its a rattling noise quiet loud to bt stops after a while i think its coming from the springd on the exhaust but dnt no what to do about it

Are the springs on the bolts between the manifold and the cat/decat the right length? Check they aren't loose reguardless of how tight the nuts are.
