My misses made me wash my hands with loads of sugar granules on my hands before, it works too! Just don't do it in the bowl of water because the sugar will melt.

i heard butter and sugar is basically like swarfega handwash,the butter dosnt make the sugar so rough on your hand

Sugar & fairy washing up liquid works a treat or white spirit.
I got a pack of wonder wipes (no they're not for your genitals), will literally get anything off your hands.

Hands are completly none repairable, suggest trading them in or cutting them off.
