when i put my foot down the engine sometimes like splutters as if something is blocked any ideas?

spark plugs or one of your sensors maybe, get the plugs out have look how sh-ty they look, if they look dingie all over new set maybe...could even be fuel filter clogged up not letting enough fuel throu when you put foot down

More than likely it will be the fuel filter just clogging up a bit, get a new one for a few quid bang it on and it will more than likely sort it.
