Steering Weird

Right basically the pax has had this problem for some time and it comes and go's which fucking annoys me senseless!

Car has had 2 track rod ends, bottom arms, ball joints, shafts, cv boots, cv joints and the tracking is bang on BUT

It still drives in a straight line with the wheel 2-3 quaters to the right, Sit still and the steerring wheel and wheels will sit straight, But when driving its as if im fighting with it and a ever so slight movement to the left and it feels like ive just yanked the wheel!!!

i'm sure all cars ''uk'' must have a little left in them as people may fall asleep and its inbuilt to if this happens to not drive head on to on coming traffic if you get me, anyway if the problem is just that the wheel is not central and the fact that if lreft steers alittle, i'd just take the air bag out carefully you need instructions for this as dont want it going off in ya face, then loosen the steering bolts and re-align wheel, job done, im not sure what bolts under the airbag but it must be simple, i have same prob with mine but a non central wheel dont bother me its off by about 2 inches at mo...fine...
