right my car seriously blew up today and RAC blokey said it is my head gasket so am gonna take the thing apart tomorrow.

am getting guides and was wondering if my 1.1 desire 5 door has an overhead cam???

am gonna change my cambelt while im at it and just wanna know whether my car is going to be a pain changing the head gasket

Quite an easy job to do on that engine mate, if u know what your doing then it wont be much of a problem. Good idea getting your cambelt done at the same time as well.

Yes your engine does have an overhead cam
