Hi guys
Today I made a major error in helping my son change the oil on his VTR, well thats where it all started anyway. I got a bit carried away and washed the top of the engine off and thats where all my problems started. The engine fired up but only on 2 or 3 cylinders, so I disconnected all connectors I could find and blew them dry with air. As part of my drying efforts I removed the plug leads from the coil pack and guess what:wall: I forgot the order they were connected. My question is..... is there a set pattern to the connections e.g top left, plug 1 etc or is there another way of finding the pattern.
Wherever I put the leads on the coil pack the car runs (still on 2 or 3 cylinders) but it does run. As you can tell from my username modern cars a bit alien and the Haynes manual just gives the firing order with no direction or position and the pic's are a bit vague to say the least.
I am really gratefull for any help.
Regards
David
