ive just painted my saxo all silver and was thinkin about doin the bonnet black and gettin some decals around it anybody else got a different coloured bonnet ? how about a few pics :p

done it now but goin to do the bumper bits and sides black now cause looks a little too silver lol

And how much paint have you gone through? And how much it cost?
Imo, unless true carbon fibre, spraying the bonnet black just makes it look like you cars been in a crash and you have needed to get new parts!

i was waiting for a response to my thread ,,,i work at a commercial paintshop and left my car there went back the next morning and painted the bonnet.........no it dont look like its been in a f**kin crash at all ,why is it some people have to criticize everything eh ?

Black roof will look good with the bonnet, not sure about 'graphics' down the sides though

instead of decals why not get a large carbon fibre vinyl (sticker) and cover the roof and bonnet, maybe the boot aswell make it look more like carbon than black paint

agreed, but remember, if the vinyl tears/rips you will see the silver through it =/ you know what would like good?if youve got the money obviosly, a clear perspex bonnet, haven't seen one of those on a saxo in a loonnnnnnnnng time, anybody know anyone on here who has one?
