Its all down to personal opinion, personally i love my white speedlines. But popular ones on here are often VTR (pepperpot style) standards usually resprayed in black or white & VTS cyclones polished/resprayed e.t.c.
Best to have a look in the saxo photos/videos sections and see if theres any styles you like.

Compomotives are the best looking. I went with Ultra Leggies as they are 7" wide and lighter
louis_23

I thought they went on well with 22mm spacers and extened bolts

30th June 2008, 13:24
comp mo's FTW i got them on a 1.1 awesome light weight alloys and fairly rare
Karl

Correct,
the width of them may cause a problem though, being 8 inches wide.

loads of lush rims, i personally like the force 10s and leggers the best :P but there are so many nice ones out there
Karl
30th June 2008, 13:33

Ultraleggaras.
Karl
30th June 2008, 13:37
Much prefer Super Leggera to Ultras.
Ultras seem to curved and skinny.
17inch Amir Khan's...
Keep it simple, do VTR wheels in a different colour or something. Save cash on the lighweight rims as they'll look out of place on that kind of car (imo)
Karl
30th June 2008, 13:42
Turinis would look pretty ace on a Saxo.

Totally agree, but the ultras are 7" wide and, when spacers are factored in, a bit lighter.
All the best looking wheels, chronos, comp MOs and superLs are all too skinny
Karl
30th June 2008, 13:48
Sorry David,
I meant like the spoke width looks too skinny on the Ultra,
I think its just because theyre curved that they look like this.
Didnt they make a Saxo fitment Super Leggera?
rather than Ford with spacers?

Nah, they were spaced, it was one of the reasons I changed. They also never used to make Ultra Ls in any other colour than silver for the sax.

imo 15s are the best size, and compomotives, oz and team dynamics are probablies the lightest about
Karl
30th June 2008, 14:16
15s are definitely the best size for a Saxo.
