black coming off backseat windows

The black on the back windows is coming off along the edges and down where the seem meets the windows when its closed. How can i sort this out. Do i have to take windows off or can it be done with them still on? What would i do just spray the black back on there? thanks iv seen other saxos with this so it must happen to all of them! advice appreciated

With my girlfriends VTS I took the windows out, masked off the clear bit of the glass, and sprayed the edges with matt black paint (on the inside obviously lol). Looked like new tbh
