So has any one seen it fitted within a saxo?

Would quite a good concept!

yeah but u need a digital aerial, or a really good aerial to pick it up, and im thinkin it would have to be a big oen so i dont think it would work!

dont need a digital aerial, uses normal aerials.

A kit for £200 quid does that include screen?

you can pick up freeview boxes for about 40 quid

yeah but it depends where your aerial is, cos in different post codes u get differnt channels!

u have to have a decent aerial then to pic it up!

sorry scott but they dont work as the reseption on any diversity aerials is not very good so you have no chance of getting a digital signal, we have tryed it it dont work we can get the free view boxes for your car with digital aerial for around £500. yes not cheap but they will probably come down next year. i have got a thing going with alpine aswell so when they bring out there one they said i can have one for free and tell them what i think. smileys/smiley4.gif

I can assure you that my freeview in my room is not connected to a digital aerial, it is connected to the terrestrial aerial and it works perfectly and i receive every single channel. On a car it might be a different story though so i cant commentsmileys/smiley17.gif

having a tv in your car is like someone on the roof of your house moving the aerial all the time as you are always moving you will never get a great picture. i have got a tv tuner in my car and it is ok in a stright line on the m25 but when you turn it is shit.

scott you need a decent aerial to pick up the freeview, so your terrestrial one will most probably pick it up, but it wudnt work in a car with jus any old aerial

freeview is definately broadcasted over a normal standard TV aerial!

as mentioned it also depends on your post code and were abouts the location of your house is as some houses can't get freeview at all!
