ashley 4inch with supersprint race

hi- i have a supersprint race section with a SPORTEX 4 inch jap backbox. VERY loud and a nice noise, but the back box looks very boring. looking at buyin the 4inch ashley back box but ive heard they are stupidly loud, with the sportex my saxo is by far the loudest ive ever heard n i dont very want it louder.

anyone no what a supersprint race with an ashley sounds like??

Was going to go for this set-up but with the 3" Ashley.

Heard it had to be welded though... so was put off a tad.

Some people say that it needs work, some say they dont. Ask Leeroy he's clued up on the Ashleys.

They're a direct fit to standard centre, but apparently don't have the flange fitment for straight onto a supersprint. Or some leeroooooooooy told me.

sportex/ashley arent they developed by the same company?

not sure, i no the flange will be wrong anyway but ive got adaptors
