I need to replace the driveshafts on my MK2 VTR and have been offered some cheap from a MK2 1.1! Are these the same and will they work?

You will have have an intermediate bearing on the drivers side which the 1.1 wont have also it depends if you have straight cut or tapered ends,
The summery is don't bother with them mate

no they wont mate vtr/s use different shafts to the lesser models
