Streched Tyres

I think this should be the correct section as it's styling really.

I wanna get some streched tyres on some steelies.

The steelies I have in mind are 8 inches wide (don't ask, I'm saying nothing until I get them on!) and 15".

Would a set of 195/45/15 tyres fit on?

With stretching them this much, would I need to get a certain guy to fit them or will any place be able to do it?

Yer, you're gonna lose raction easier with stretched tyres, due to there being no flex in the wall.

I havent searched but does anyone have any pics of Saxo's on steelies, but like looking euro, something like the rat 106. Cant think who's it is at the moment.

205 0r 210 prob best bet mate my mates g60 corrado has 8x 15 steels but i think thats what he runs but dont quote me on that

195 45 15 will sit easily on 8inch rims without any problems.

you might need to find a tyre place that has a cheeta (used for truck tyres).

Not evey tyre place will want to fit them.
As said 195/45 will fit on fine and looked strected.
There are some pics on here somewhere of strected tyre's.

yeh they will stretch on, my mates got some 10j's with 195's on :panic: its on a sierra btw not a saxo lol.

i have 8 x 15 schmidts and i just put on 195/45/15 from my vts wheels and they go on easy and give u a nice little strech check out my pics in my thread to c watu think
