Rear Wiper..

Hi,

I need some help, I'm de-wipering my MK2 Saxo and need to know what I need to get to seal it.

I originally thought it would be a plug of some description but I have been told its a bit more techno that that.

Can anyone help.

a rubber bung is wat ive got in mine got it from halfords

mines just got some kind of rubber seal over it..i know thats vague and useless but I bought the car like it

Thank you, I figured it would a bung but I was told I need like 7 different parts inc washers etc..

And cant seem to find anything on the net.

You dont need any of that.

Its a three pack of rubber grommits in halfords (£1.19), thats all you'll need, and a screwdriver

+ a spanner and wd.40 to get the nut that holds the wiper on off. if this fails. use a hacksaw :y:

Cheap way is the halfords grommet,

More secure and 'proper way' is to buy the dewipering kit that Citroen still sell. Peugeot no longer do these which were most widely used
