i kiow that dyna matt is good but expensive so what im asking is where can i get cheap good quality sound deading from and how much would i need to do the whole of my boot floor inside my quarters and tailgate? cheers rep will be given

i think motorworld do something cos i was in there yesterday lookin at subs etc etc an i saw a big roll of sound deadening stuff as for price im nt sure tbh, hope tht helps though!

this stuff is cheap

its not the best. but there is enough to double layer in the boot, and do your doors too, and still have some left over

it will deaden things very nicely

£70 posted, you wont find much cheaper for 43sqft of material

boot floor, and boot lid are the key areas imo

also front doors

and as you say quaters

it took around 14sq foot to do my saxo boot floor and tail gate with one layer of second skin

so 2 layers of maxmat will be 28ft, leaving you 15sqft for you to do quaters and doors, if my maths is correct ;)

yeah would make it even better im sound deading mine because im fitting a big install so want all the noise kept inside the car and minimal vibration from the panels

Yeah, i recon with my addiction to bass and loud music, my panels will probably vibrate when i install mine. so i think i will be ordering some :)

should be good like im fiting two 12's and have them set up for low bass and im into my rap drum and bass and prodigy any thing that makes it feel like your being kicked in the back lol

i think im going to have 2 10' or 2 12's, not sure yet. i will probably go for 12 if i have the money soo will sound mint. with the help from this site for example: sound deadning, wiring, setting up correctly etc.. mine will sound loudest and have the best sq than any of my mates :P haha ;)

yeah it is a 1.1 desire cheers like the look of the vt but like the fuel economy of the 1.1 but i have plans of getting a vts and rebuilding it bottom up and making it zero mileage but i dont think ill ever have the cash so itl prob stay as a 1.1

yeah probs best to keep it that way yano. you could always upgrade to a 1.4 furio. they have a vt kit on them :D i want a furio for my first. i really do like your colour

yeah the car was bought for the gf for her 18th so no chance of being allowed to sell it and if put alot of work into it fitting th vt kit my self and that
