Does Anyone have A Dimma Spoiler?

Im just wondering i have 1 at the moment that i need to fix onto my vtr. I have been told that it bolts through the metal and also through the glass but on the spoiler i only have bolts for the metal. Could this be because i have an old dimma spoiler for the mk1? Any advice would be great

thought about bonding it on with tigerseal - that stuffs really strong and is used for bodykits and stuff

Doesnt seem to be much surface area for it to be bonded though mate
