ok bought my vtr so needed to order new keys and get them coded,i phones up citreon hi there ive lost keys to my vtr i need a new set 'ok whats the number plate,hold on a few seconds..'

so im waiting patiently the guy comes back and says that would be £30 £1.50 postage,

AND THATS IT!!! THATS A SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH SURELY?IF PEOPLE WERE TO PHONE UP AND GIVE NUMBER PLATES AND GET KEYS THEY COULD BE ROBBING EVERY FCUKERS SAXO,I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!

saxos take 8seconds to break into without a key,if they have a key they wil get away by hot wiring and not breaking the steering lock as they have a key

You need V5C and ID in order to purchase a replacement key. Only asking for your registration plate because some owners dont even know what car or model they drive!

Giving the dealers the reg. plate is only tell them make, model, model year etc. in order to give you a price.
