Figured out my mpg this week and unless I made a complete arse of working it out - Im well impressed.

20 litres took me 163 miles so;

20 litres = 4.4 gallons

163 miles / 4.4 gallons = 37

So that means 37mpg and withough trying :y:

I can get about 400-500 miles to a full tank. About £30-£40 on a full tank!

It's all worked out correctly mate, not bad from a VTR. I averaged 38/39 when I had my VTR.

I'm currently averaging 47mpg.

thats rather low? I worked mine out and i got 45mpg in my vtr, ill shall re-check to see if i findings are correct.

Just checked my workings and i do about 330 miles to £42 with the price of fuel being 1.28p a litre which equals 45.72mpg

I managed to get 44.5 MPG out of my last tank, and that was not even granny driving!

Our saxo is running round about the 42mpg mark and our freelander is running 35s (its not feeling well atm lol) but it should be the same as the saxo!!
