yer lowering is always the best way to go then get a nice exhaust system. like mattyjones said black/white vts wheels always look the part on a lowered car. then an air filter will jus boost your bhp a couple helpin acceleration. tht should be good to get you started lol

well i dont think the vts wheels look very good and i know this sounds stupid but i didnt realise til i was looking through the book the other day it had a brand new full exhaust system in october last year twin 4 inch pipes or summat cant remember the make and i ent got the book with me at the moment but has still got warranty lol.
am defo gettin an air filter but not so sure bout lowering yet due to the bullshit speed bumps and there really are a lot by me. how low shud i go to avoid scratching exhaust on speed bumps

yeah, all vtr/vts 's look wicked lowered. best thing you can do with them i reckon. Im still saving up for a fully adjustable koni kit and wheel refurbs and powder coat.

Get it decked and get the rear windows tinted!! also a nice mod is the dimma grill and de badging the back getting the holes filled in, you could also get an alarm for it and de lock all the doors make the car look that little bit different!

speed bumps are only a problem if you go over em like a nutter. my previous sax was slammed 60mm all round and i could take the average hump at 15-20mph.

trust me mate. its well woth the handling you get!!!

i have a microscan alarm at home waiting to be fitted also my sub is coursing me some problems. have a vulcan sub with an amp attached but the amp is not working so have bought a new 1800 watt kenwood amp and the same thing is happening. the red light comes on which i believe means it is protecting itself from something. i think it is all wired correctly and earthed ok. The only thing i can think of is that it could be a fault with the remote wire but have checked it and doesn't do anything. even if i loop the live to the remote to give it a permanent live it doesnt work. any one have any ideas give me a shout plz
