Went along the Cat and Fiddle, thats a fairly awesome road. Locally I'd say the dual carriage way section on the A66 between Keswick and Cockermouth. I'll try and make a bracket to hold my camera and take a vid.

A285 between Tangmere and Guildford. Awesome road with awesome views to match... and always plenty of room to overtake, even with the Hoover-powered engine :D

Also agree witrh Mike on the highland roads, had a blast along the A84 to loch earn and back along the A85 through comrie and it was a nice change of pace. Only thinig is the roads are that big its easy to find yourself picking up too much speed.
Favourite road has to be the A814 from Arrochar to Helensburgh.

North Wales, up in the mountains around Snowdonia..
The roads wind around the mountains down at the bottom and some of the roads climb up the sides etc..Some nice views and the roads are awesome..

A46 isn't bad along the dual carriageway bit... bit dangerous though... last time I went through there saw quite a few of those 'ACCIDENT HERE, ARE YOU A WITNESS?' (no) signs... 3 in less than a quarter of a mile was the record.
