Gear Stick, Dam thing HELP lol

HI all,

Just a quick question, got a VTR but my fucking gear stick dosnt undo, need to chance it but cant get the dam thing off. any clues???

Put it in forth gear then give the gear knob a sharp tug, just be careful not to put your hands through the sunroof cos it comes off kinda violently smileys/smiley17.gif Once you've got it off once it'll be easier to get it off next time

Cheers bud, so just put it in 4th and then give it a sharp tug upwards????? no screwing required lol?

Yeah if your talking about removing the gear knob then just put it in 4th gear and give it a tug, but im not sure about how to remove the whole stick itself
