Family - "can you just.."

Dont you hate it when family members say "can you just do this" and you end up doing the worst job in the world!

My dad said at 3 "can you just give me a hand putting some new gravel on the drive for 10 minutes before you go out?"

So i agreed as you do... walked into the back garden, round the corner onto the drive, 3 tonne of gravel piled up, had to get 20 paving slabs up, then spreading all this gravel on my own because he said he is nipping to MKM.

Anyone else get it? they tell you they need you for 10 minutes, your there for a week.
