ye i did mine last week and then went back to standard cos my speedo didnt work withem for some reason, and at night time i culd barely see anything, so keep away from cheap no make dials. i can probably take it all aprt in like 10 mins now i done it but i took me ages to take it all apart first time, everything that went wrong did basically, dont forget to disconnect the battery and wait about 15 20 mins, and when puttin back together, just put in the dial unit and steering wheel, give a test drive to make sure everything works and then put everything, i was quite pissed when i had to strip everything down again
and to get the needles red, i just masked up and painted my originals, they look orite
my speedo still sticks so i need to take it all out again and sort it out

had the same problem with wilonsaxos dials when doing his leds
the speedo decided not to work and the needle was very loose, swapped one of the units over (white box) and worked fine
the sticking of the needle is mainly caused by having the 2 dial faces on, so when replacing the dial faces take the old ones off:y:
cheers for the advice guys

so is it that which makes it stick, i wouldnt of thought the thickness or adding a layer would affect it, thx
