Hello all, fairly new to these forums so just thought I'd say hi to everyone firstly.

I've got a 1.1 flat-arch saxo, and I've read the guide to fitting VTR arches to it, and that's all fine, until you come to the price of the actual arches (even on ebay etc)

I've seen this kit:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CITROEN-SAXO-VTR-VTS-WHEEL-ARCHES-AND-DOOR-MOULDINGS_W0QQitemZ200237902594QQcmdZViewItem?hash =item200237902594&_trksid=p3286.m14.l1318

and I just wondered what peoples thoughts were on it, whether it's worth getting, will it have the "VTR effect" and whether the same principles would apply to fitting it, as real VTR arches.

Thanks to all :y:

You will need to get the VT' bumpers as the standard 1.1 bumpers wont line up right , it might work just putting the arches on but i would go for the whole kit .

Best to go for the genuine/original VT* parts tbh, those you are looking at on ebay are fiberglass copies which wont be very good quality and probably more difficult to fit.
Will look good though if you go for the full VT* kit. I put the VT* front bumper only on my car, because its a 5 door would have been alot of work to put the arches etc on.

that kit is awful, i bought it a while back and then sold it again for a genuine vt kit. the fibreglass finish isnt great. for the price theyre looking for it you could pick up 4 arches and door panels for not much more
