I use carpet shampoo on the cloth door cards mixed in a bucket of water then a nail brush to work in the shampoo, then leave to dry.As for the seats hoover them off then same as door cards it helps if you`ve got a garage to leave the doors open.

I've used autogylm shampoo in the past its quite good but I prefer Meguires interior shampoo. Its a lot better, easier to work in, and smells great but one bottle of the stuff will just do the saxo and no more, if your doing the full interior including the headliner.
I normally do my car at dinner time if Im not using it that night and by the morning its dry. You can use the Megs stuff without water too.
