Hi all!

finnaly orderd my new engine for my Astra to replace my old seized up one...

was just wondering how much would you think it would cost to get it fitted?

Or if anyone on here near manchester could fit it for me :-D haha

should turn around to garage and say least you can do is fit it for free lol but they would probably forget oil in that one

haha i wish!!

but we are doing it ourselfs now :-s ahh well, aslong as i get a working car im not bother at all lmao

got the engine with 35k on it for £250 :-D

just need to get it fitted not lmao but running abit low on funds.....

asked on Gashtrasport?? they would have the most knowlege of these cars and so prob do it at the best price

yeah we did... but we ended up loosing and it just wasent worth it taking it further... just paying ourself and getting it done asap cos i need my car pretty badly now.....

find a backstreet garage and get it fitted quickly and as cheap as they wil do it for...

thats all you can do imo

The engine ahould b exactly the sam but i have....zero confidence in doing it myself lmao


and yeah they said they did, but we couldent exactly prove they didnt as my dad being a muppet put oil in it AFTER it seized....
