help my boot solenoid has gone?

Does anyone know where i could get it fixed in northwest or manchester really appreciate it if someone knows where.

What do u mean by gone, is it burnt out

sorry i mean it doesnt work i just got it back from the bodyshop who didnt put it in xxx in nottingham did but is now not working i dont know anything about it, i dont even know how to open the boot.

wen my boot pop goes i climb in and pull the solenoid wire maually, altho i took my boot casing thing off prior because i knew it had been playing up.

is it possible for u to get at it that way

i could give that a go thanks ive just had my car resprayed so maybe the paint cogged it up.

possibly, if theyhave sprayed under the boot lid where the solenoid goes then they wud of had to take i off or cover it up or sumthing,may hav ejust disconnected it

took it to my local electrician n he says theres no solonoid,phoned the bodyshop n they said wondered who's it was so they didnt put it back idiots.

cant really miss a boot solenoid there not the smallest
