Ive used a hair dryer so many times mate, works a treat, just dont put it too close, i always put it on the hottest setting so it blows faster and keep it about a metre away and works a treat.
Just keep it far away and put your hand above the part you've sprayed and slowly move the hair dryer closer til you feel the heat but not so that its blows too hard then remove your hand so the heat hits the paint. Dont keep the heat on one section though, move it around slowly over the whole part a few times.
I usually only use it for about 30 secs to a minute then leave then do it again slowly.

i normally put a heater on in the shed afterwards to warm it up then leave it.

just till the paint gets tacky 5-10 minutes, if you keep heating with a hairdryer every 30 seconds or so

10-15 mins is usually enough if using the hair dryer, primer does dry quicker than base coat and laquer.
On the base coat leave it about 20 mins between coats or else it will build up too quick and run.
Every coat you do do very light coats, take your time and slowly build it up, looks better and wont have any runs etc.
The lacquer is the longest to dry, even when you have lacquered and used the hairdryer still leave it 24hrs before touching and put it somewhere warmm ie in a warm room away from dust etc.

No worries, that will work fine and should have nice even coverage and decent results:y:
