Smoking Front Lights

I have a mk2 and i think its about time i smoked the front lights?
So whats the easiest method?

do a search and post in the right section, there is a guide for it

easy mate

wack em in the oven for around 20 mins (mine too alot longer for sum strange reason)..carefull not to melt them
then carefully prise the glass of using a screwdriver

spray the silver bit inside and leave to harden

then use silicon to reseal the light..i used a fair bit to ensure it was properly sealed
